Anna is seriously amazing when it came to designing the bracelet and necklace I requested. She checked in every step of the way to make sure the beads reflected my late cats and dogs, sending photos as they were made and assembled into the bracelet. I ended up getting a large 1" bead on a necklace and three 0.5" beads with spacers on the bracelet and they both are perfect and look balanced. You can also tell that Anna truly cares about and honors your loved ones every step of the way. This was the second time I've worked with her and will be working with her again (hopefully not for a while though)
Anna created a touchstone piece for me and it is stunning. She listened to what I was looking for (specific shade of green) and perfectly created it. She is prompt, clear, and sympathetic in her communication. The process was very easy. I will be ordering more pieces in the future.

I ordered a touchstone as something that I could keep close and remember my mom who recently passed. The entire process was simple. Anna kept me informed each step of the way. She was extremely caring, thoughtful and sympathetic. I appreciated her kind words during a difficult time. I received photos once the piece was complete but the pictures didn’t do it justice. It was even more gorgeous in person. I couldn’t be happier.
