Returns
The cremation jewelry is a custom and personal purchase and as such we do not accept returns, however please contact us at DragonFireGlass@hotmail.com so we can come to some mutual agreement. Your satisfaction is an utmost importance to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at DragonFireGlass@hotmail.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first at DragonFireGlass@hotmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I can't recommend Anna or her beautiful and well-made jewelry highly enough. Unfortunately, I've placed three orders with Anna over the last years, as senior pets have passed. With each interaction, Anna has been wonderfully compassionate, sympathetic, and sincere, providing updates throughout the process from the moment she receives your loved one's ashes to the moment the finish product ships back to you. I hope it's several years before I have to reach out to Anna again; but when that time comes, I will without hesitation.

Being in the situation where you need Anna's talents is heartbreaking, and I'm sorry that you're here considering her services and reading this review. But rest assured the beautiful and one-of-a-kind end result is beyond compare and absolutely worth it. There is a palpable weight to these handmade glass beads, and that weight - for me- is a gentle reminder of the feelings I shared with my departed loved ones and the memories I carry forward.

My Heart is on my Wrist

When you want to write something profound but don't know how... that's where I am now. My bracelet with my Daddy's ashes and my forever 26 son's ashes are in my beautiful bracelet, so I carry them everywhere. That, in itself, is special enough but the fact that the bracelet is absolutely beautiful and the compassion with which Anna communicates is so heartwarming elevates this treasure to a higher level. Anna made my bracelet with Daddy's ashes in 2021. I sent it back and had her add my Sean on either side of Daddy. My heart is literally on my wrist. I am so thankful for Anna's work.

Remember Me Bracelet – Cremation Bracelet with Ashes

Beautiful and Lovingly made

Anna is seriously amazing when it came to designing the bracelet and necklace I requested. She checked in every step of the way to make sure the beads reflected my late cats and dogs, sending photos as they were made and assembled into the bracelet. I ended up getting a large 1" bead on a necklace and three 0.5" beads with spacers on the bracelet and they both are perfect and look balanced. You can also tell that Anna truly cares about and honors your loved ones every step of the way. This was the second time I've worked with her and will be working with her again (hopefully not for a while though)
