When Anna shared via email the end results I was ecstatic. They arrived and honestly they look even better in person. So happy to have had these made. My hardest part was choosing a color, so I chose 3. (Royal Blue, Black and glow in the dark). All 3 are excellent. And the helix of ash in the middle is so cool.

Anna is seriously amazing when it came to designing the bracelet and necklace I requested. She checked in every step of the way to make sure the beads reflected my late cats and dogs, sending photos as they were made and assembled into the bracelet. I ended up getting a large 1" bead on a necklace and three 0.5" beads with spacers on the bracelet and they both are perfect and look balanced. You can also tell that Anna truly cares about and honors your loved ones every step of the way. This was the second time I've worked with her and will be working with her again (hopefully not for a while though)
The touchstone is amazing, is exactly as described - and it’s even better than the pictures of it. Customer service was top notch, and could not have been more professional and responsive. I highly recommend; amazing keepsake as a way to remember someone (in this case, one of our beloved cats).

This is the second pendant I've had made. Each time my dog's ashes have been handled with care and the process has been smooth. The pendant itself is beautiful and a great way to keep her with me after she has passed.
