This is the second bracelet I've ordered from Anna. The bracelet turned out beautiful. Anna keeps you informed each step of the way. Ordering was painless. It comes really well packaged. Hopefully I'll never need to order another urn bracelet, but if I do, it'll be from DragonFire Glass.
I could not be happier with my bracelet. Anna incorporated the remains of all my pets into one bracelet, every bead represents one of my pets. It is beautiful, and I get compliments all the time. Anna went way beyond helping me track down my sisters ashes when the post office sent them to a different town. Anna found the new tracking number and kept me informed about where they were and when she was picking them up. The bracelet is perfect and I ordered one for my niece also. I can’t put into words how much this touchstone means to me. I have one for each of my sweet angel dogs that have passed over the last year and a half as they were all seniors and it’s been incredibly difficult to say goodbye to each of them. I contacted Dragon Fire Glass to create a memorial touchstone with my dad's ashes for my brother's upcoming wedding. Anna was great to work with and very responsive, answering all questions and even sending me photo examples of different colors, etc. The turnaround time was quick, item arrived safely and beautifully packaged. When I started trying to figure out what I wanted Anna to make, I agonized. I spent weeks figuring out every detail, the colors, the styles. It's just something you want to get right, you know? Not a lot of room for error.
The hard parts were all of my own making. Anna had helpful suggestions, endless patience, and her love and care for her craft could not be more evident. From the first open ended question I sent to her, it was clear to me who I wanted to work with.
I could tell you how kind hearted she is. I could tell you how evident it is, that she's doing what she loves. I could tell you that communication is excellent, that her photographs are entirely accurate, and that interacting with her is a pleasure. All of it would be true.

If you're on the fence about getting a piece of cremation jewelry made, just do it! You cannot imagine the peace you will feel when you see, touch and hold your unique piece of art in your hands. There are not enough words to express how amazing the bracelet is that Anna created for me with my father's ashes. I lost my dad, and like every girl (woman) before me, I thought my dad would never die... and then he did. I was left with a huge hole in my heart.
