About the Ashes

What types of ashes do you work with?

We work with both human and pet cremains, as well as fire ashes. For stainless steel jewelry, we can also use fur, hair, or other small inclusions. Our glass keepsakes are made with cremation ashes only including wood ashes.

How much ash is needed and how do I send it?

We require only ¼ to ½ teaspoon of ashes per keepsake. When you place your order, you’ll receive a free Collection Kit with a labeled pouch, spoon, instructions, and a return envelope. The cost of the kit and its delivery is included in your order.

What is included in the Collection Kit?

The kit includes a clear pouch for ashes, a mini spoon, detailed instructions, and a return envelope. Everything is packed in a gift box labeled with your name and order number to ensure careful handling. We only work on one order at a time to protect the integrity of every memorial piece.

What happens to unused ashes?

You can choose to have leftover ashes:

  • Returned to you with your finished order
  • Respectfully scattered at a Florida beach
  • Kept safely on file for future orders

If we have extra ash already encased in glass, we’ll send that along as a bonus keepsake.

Can I combine ashes from more than one person or pet?

Yes. You can combine multiple loved ones in a single piece, or order multiple keepsakes using different ashes. Let us know your wishes in a note at checkout or via email. We can include additional pouches in your kit upon request.

Can you use hair, bone, or other items in glass?

No, only cremation ashes can be safely melted into glass. Hair and other organic materials burn at lower temperatures. However, our stainless steel jewelry can accommodate hair or other inclusions.

How do ashes appear in the glass?

You'll see the ashes in your piece as soft white or gray flecks, often appearing alongside tiny bubbles. Every sample pictured on our website includes real ashes so you can see what to expect. Each result is unique based on the composition of the cremains.

Customization & Jewelry Details

What colors are available?

We offer a wide variety of colors and are always adding more. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to request a custom color, we’d be happy to accommodate.

Can I order a custom bracelet size or color?

Yes. We offer sizes from 4" to 14". Your Collection Kit includes a measuring strip for an exact fit. You may also request custom bead or cord colors, just leave a note at checkout or send us a message.

What kind of glass do you use?

We use borosilicate glass (also known as Pyrex) for its strength, clarity, and resistance to heat and breakage. Each piece is properly annealed in a kiln to ensure long-term durability.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Yes, our glass jewelry is waterproof and heat-resistant. It’s suitable for daily wear, but we recommend handling it with care like any treasured keepsake.

Is it safe to wear ash-infused jewelry?

Absolutely. The ashes are permanently sealed inside the glass and will never come into contact with your skin.

What type of chain or cord is included?

Our glass pendants come with an adjustable black cotton cord (17–19 inches). Stainless steel jewelry includes a matching chain. If you need a different length, just let us know, we can customize it for you.

Is there a limit to the amount of ash you can use?

Yes. To maintain the strength of the glass, we only use a small amount of ash in each piece. This allows for both beauty and structural integrity.

Shipping & Processing

Where are you located?

We’re based in Ruskin, Florida, USA. Our cremation jewelry is also available in select funeral homes and online platforms across the U.S. and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship worldwide. If you're outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks after we receive your ashes. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume periods. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

How will my order ship?

We ship your Collection Kit and finished keepsake via USPS Ground Advantage, with signature confirmation. The shipping of the kit is included in your order. You are responsible for returning the kit (with ashes) to our Florida address, tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. Please contact us if you experience any issues, we are always happy to help.

Do I need to worry about customs?

If you’re outside the U.S., you may be responsible for import taxes or customs delays. These are handled by your local postal authority. Please contact us if you need support navigating this process.
