On a whim, I chose Dragon Fire Cremation Jewelry to purchase a bracelet for my mom containing her dad's (my grandfathers) ashes. As expected this time of year, shipping delays occurred. With time passing and Christmas nearing, I reached out to Anna to express my concerns. She reassured me that the ashes should arrive within a day or two and not to fret- she was spot on. My pendant is beyond what I expected. Anna worked with me to customize the pendant to make some changes from what exactly was shown on her website. She let me know what she could and couldn’t do. Once she made the pendant she sent pictures to make sure it was what I was envisioning. It looked great. When I got it and saw it, it looked even better.
Anna takes the time to make sure your loved one is represented in a way that you will always be reminded of the love you shared. The jewelry she made me, is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. Highly recommended for anyone that has lost a loved one.
